I’m shaking as I type this…
First off: Persona 4: The Golden! It’s an enhanced port for the Vita and it has new characters, new movie scenarios, new animated cut-scenes, and more! It will also include about 1.5 times the amount of voice-overs from the original PlayStation 2 version and it’ll be out in Japan in Spring 2012. Also, it’ll use some of the communication features of the PS Vita. SWEET!
And then the shocker: A NEW Persona 4 fighting game from Atlus AND Arc Systems Works (BlazBlue) called Persona 4: The Ultimate In Mayonaka Arena! It’s for the PS3/360/Arcade and it will take place 2 years after the events of P4. The cast from P4 AND Persona 3 will be featured in the game.
I’m still shaking. FUCK. THIS. IS. AWESOME.
But that not’s all! Persona 5 has also been teased in the latest Famitsu(!), and according to Andriasang.com:
“Famitsu also has a few preliminary details on the next numbered entry in the Persona series, Persona 5. Basic preparations for the game’s development have been completed, with the usual staff members in place. That includes Katsura Hashino as director, Shigenori Soejima as character designer, and Shouji Meguro as main composer.”
