What I had for dinner just hours ago was the McDonald’s steak mushroom & swiss burger. It was good, no doubt about it. But I realized something:
It made me feel fat, and at the same time it made me fat. Does that make sense?
Basically I have to keep it down when eating burgers nowadays or big-ass sandwiches in general. I’m gaining a few pounds and tis a very sad fact for a dude such as myself.
